Eng. M. Eduardo Pizanez founder and director of  EDP Solar, has a degree  in Electric Engineering  from the University of Buenos Aires. He is an experienced  team leader, practise the management by objectives philosophy (MBO) , with great emphasis in the environmental and human safety.  

Occupied executive positions at Distribution, Transmission and Generation companies, Ski Resorts, Large Constructions and Consultancy Services. In them and among other, Eng Pizanez served as Energy Business  Director  at Emgasud, (company devoted to the development and operation of power generation  projects based on renewable resources - Solar and Eolic Energy - and fossil fuels, Engineering  Director  at the Nieves de Mendoza  holding  and at Valle de las Leñas (VLL), Member of the VLL Executive Committee , Vice-president of Nieves de Mendoza, and President of Santa Rosa del Monte. Served as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at EDEERSA a PSEG Utility (Distribuidora de Electricidad de Entre Ríos) and as Project Manager - PSEG America - for the Combined Cycle 845 MVA AES Paraná  Project - San Nicolás- BA- Argentina 

 Also acted as advisory member of the Argentinean Standards Institute (IRAM). Leader of technical teams specialized in Investigation and development of electrical industrial equipment. Lecturer in seminars of professional formation.
